AAA | Learning from the Alps
exhibition
Where - Department of Ingegneria Civile, Ambientale e Meccanica, Mesiano, Trento, Italy
When - february 2018
In collaboration with architect Alberto Winterle -president of the Arco Alpino Architects Association-, the Order of Architects PPC of the Province of Trento, the magazine Turris Babel and the Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering of the University of Trento, Acropoli oversaw the setting of the Alpine Arc Architecture exhibition.
The exhibition consists of 15 panels, two of which are tailor-designed for the exhibition at the Department, arranged in its octagonal atriums up to the various floors of the building. The basic design idea was to recall the theme of the mountain and the ascent to altitude within the exhibition itinerary.
Innovative and final product is the installation designed ad hoc for this exhibition: it is a three-dimensional representation of the Alps, placed on the wall at the beginning of the path of which it constitutes a synthesis.
